The cyclic GMP-AMP synthase (cGAS)-stimulator of interferon genetics (STING) pathway is a natural immune path that results within the upregulation of immune mobile recruiting-cytokines and anti-tumor effectiveness. In this study, we aimed to analyze the impact of cGAS-STING appearance as well as the existence of CAFs upon protected cellular infiltration in PDACs. cGAS and STING co-expressing PDAC cases revealed positive survival, with several cytotoxic CD8 + T cell infiltrations through the stromal component right beside the disease cells toward cancer tumors cells, not in cGAS-STING signaling defected PDAC situations.
